3 DAY APPLE CLEANSE – RESULTS!!!

I did the apple cleanse, not our baby haha! CLICK BAIT!

The main goal is to lessen the amount of gallstones & liver stones in the body for a more optimal holistic health.

So here are the numbers:

Day 1 = 11 Small Fuji Apples = 660 – 1100 Calories Approx
Day 2 = 20 Small + 2 Large Fuji Apples = 1460 – 2260 Calories Approx
Day 3 = 15 Small + 4 Large Fuji Apples = 1420 – 2020 Calories Approx

Day 3 4PM = Stop intake of apple juice &OR apples
Day 3 6PM = Apple Juice + Epsom Salt
Day 3 9PM = Lemon Juice + Olive Oil

Lie Down Immediately on your right side, sleep on it for at least 5hrs.

Try ingesting more epsom salt in the morning, if you did not pass the stones immediately on your first bowel movement in the morning.
