This is the drink I have every morning to keep me healthy and clean on the inside out and also to keep my immune system strong and also to give my metabolism a bit of a boost. It’s definitely made me feel better and I hope it works for you too.

Ingredients:
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Agave / Honey
Hot Water
Just add everything to a mug with the hot water and give it a stir… enjoy!
