Weight Loss Challenge Rules:
1. No beef
2. No pork
3. No sugar
4. No salt
5. Space out your meals every 2-3 hours
6. Minimal dairy (soy preferred)
7. Minimal flour, bread, rice, etc.
8. No eating after 4pm (3:00pm preferred if you're a night person different rules apply)
9. 96ounces of water per day plus 8 ounces for every 25lbs you are overweight
10. 8 hours of sleep daily
